And so I went a seeking...

to find some info on one Jurgen Maltmann

Here
says it all really.

I have such a reading list to get through. Lets just say that the bio speaks to me and feels so in tune with how I understand Christ and God working in our lives.

Thank you to whoever first put these quiz links onto the various lists I gleaned them from. I feel touched by God and like He has personally poked me onto a spritual renewal :-)

Eek!! Suppose this now belongs over on my Autonomous Education blog now...

Or maybe not....

And a third...

...Anyone spot the theme yet?

You scored as Jürgen Moltmann. The problem of evil is central to your thought, and only a crucified God can show that God is not indifferent to human suffering. Christian discipleship means identifying with suffering but also anticipating the new creation of all things that God will bring about.

And then this...

To further the theme :-)

You scored as Christianity. Your views are most similar to those of Christianity. Do more research on Christianity and possibly consider being baptized and accepting Jesus, if you aren't already Christian.

Christianity is the second of the Abrahamic faiths; it follows Judaism and is followed by Islam. It differs in its belief of Jesus, as not a prophet nor historical figure, but as God in human form. The Holy Trinity is the concept that God takes three forms: the Father, the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost (sometimes called Holy Spirit). Jesus taught the idea of instead of seeking revenge, one should love his or her neighbors and enemies. Christians believe that Jesus died on the cross to save humankind and forgive people's sins.

Not sure what it says about me - I thought I hung around on the Quaker end of things; although it could be argued that wesley is on the quaker end of things (or rather that the Quakers were on the Wesleyan end, lol).

You scored as Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan. You are an evangelical in the Wesleyan tradition. You believe that God's grace enables you to choose to believe in him, even though you yourself are totally depraved. The gift of the Holy Spirit gives you assurance of your salvation, and he also enables you to live the life of obedience to which God has called us. You are influenced heavly by John Wesley and the Methodists.
